The face serum feels nice when it's applied, as does the night cream. The eye serum isn't moisturising enough - I have to also use eye cream, which the directions don't state. But the big negative is that I haven't noticed any difference in lines or firmness at all. I won't be buying again sadly.

It will take almost the whole two weeks. I've used retinol for a few years, this is apparently a low dose but I found it a bit irritating. I used Aveeno (blue one) to help that. Amazing on fine lines, almost gone, geez! It will take longer for laughter lines but it is quite incredible. It might look worse before it gets better, that's retinol. Murad do have a good reputation and don't test on animals. But as I said, you have to be committed to the whole two weeks so hang in there. And if you're new to it, use a moisturizer first.
