Perfect!
This is my all-time favorite protein powder. I want something that tastes good, has a good texture, and gives me the protein I need. I like it with a cup of unsweetened almond milk and a little water, blends great in a blender bottle or blender. I will mix half a scoop of this with a scoop of meal replacement powder (usually Amazing Meal), a cup of almond milk, and a cup of water if I need a complete meal. I tried the meal replacement powder without this, and it was not good. Half a scoop of this makes it delicious. I would love it if this company came out with a meal replacement powder too; I love this stuff that much. My son is an athlete, and he loves this too. Makes a great post-practice snack for him, and I feel good about the ingredients. I have already purchased a second tub, and will just do subscribe and save because it is now a staple in our house.

Best vegan protein I've tried so far!
Some of the most important things you want to look for with any protein supplement are the amino acid profile, sodium level, saturated fat level, carbohydrate level, and protein level. This has a full amino acid profile unlike most vegetable protein sources. That is HUGE! There's no saturated fat, the sodium level is acceptable (188mg/scoop), and only 5g carbs per scoop! AWESOME! Oh yeah and 21g protein per scoop is perfect. If you're a hard trainer, 2 scoops is sufficient. For normal use, one scoop. Last but not least, the TASTE and texture are GREAT.This protein mixes well, and though it does settle easily, it easily mixes back in. It's also smooth unlike many other vegan proteins. Don't put the powder in your shaker first though, it WILL stick to the bottom of the cup, and you'll need to scrape it out. I'm already on my 2nd 2lb tub in a matter of weeks, and I just ordered the chocolate to see how that tastes.Long story short, the vanilla is the BEST vegan protein I've ever had! THE PRICE IS GREAT TOO!!!!

Good powder, container complaint
The taste is not bad. Frankly, in my opinion, if you are drinking protein drinks for the taste your priorities are out of whack. But anyway, the taste is not bad. I've certainly had better but the vanilla bean actually tastes like vanilla, albeit a slightly bitter version of vanilla. The profile is exactly what I wanted. It mimics the amino acid profile of whey without the ill effects of lactose/dairy. It mixes extremely easy and the texture is superb. The one complaint I have is that the outer security wrapper is also the product information wrapper. So once you open the container, you are left with a blank white container. It's not a huge deal but it would be better to have the product information printed on the actual container in case you want to reference the directions, nutritional info, or ingredients.

Incredible Vegan Protein
If you search for Vegan Protein on Amazon, you get pages upon pages of new products in the last few years. If you stumble upon RawFusion shopping on the site you've found one of the best.I discovered RawFusion at my local smoothie bar. Among a few mainstream Whey protein supplements, RawFusion is the only vegan variety they have and there's great reasons for it. It tastes incredible in whatever flavor you pick! It blends well and hardly ever clumps! You get all of your essential amino acids! I really dig this stuff and I get why my local smoothie bar offers it. Non Vegans love it! That being said, too, it does not smell like delightful whey protein flavored counterparts, so you have been warned. The taste pairs well with whatever you mix with it. Pea and rice supplements are just those, pea and rice. It's not a garden flower scent by any means. If you are looking for a plant based protein for whatever reason, RawFusion is really good. I like it and I know others like it. It's not the most popular but it is significant in this quickly expanding catalogue of plant based products.

Lovin' it! Although this review is for the Vanilla Bean version, all comments apply to the other flavor I have purchased, & am using daily, the Peanut Chocolate Fudge (so, I will be copying & pasting this review under that flavor as well!) It mixes so well in my blender bottle thereby making it a perfect viable alternative for a quick & easy source of protein at work! At work, I just mix with water, & it tastes good enough . . . actually, delicious relatively speaking (meaning, in comparison to other protein powder sources). I appreciate that this is protein sourced from fermented raw non-animal sources (vegetable & grain), & that even though it has fructose in it, the grams of sugar are negligible (1 gram). At home, I mix it with an "other" milk source (either almond or hemp), & I mix in some high-fiber raw organic hemp protein to up my fiber intake (I would say that this products' lack of fiber at 0.7 grams is its only downside, but that just means I get it elsewhere!). Additionally, when my sweet tooth acts up in the evenings, this is an excellent option as it is so low calorie (116). I suggest you try it!

Healthy, but has a strange aftertaste
I was very happy about the ingredients label when I was considering this product. The content was great, it was low in calories, came recommended. This even mixed very smooth. As a meal supplement this was even pretty filling. I just CANNOT get over the weird aftertaste. I don't even know what I would describe it as. Maybe its the vanilla flavor? Who knows. I didn't really notice it on the first couple of servings, but after using it for a few days I got a strong aversion to it.I ended up switching to the chocolate flavor of Veggie Protein by MRM and it's worked out well. It didn't blend as well as rawfusion, but it tastes much better.I'm going to try rawfusion again, but I'm going to switch flavors. Maybe it's just the vanilla flavor combined with veggie protein (as opposed to whey) that I'm not liking.
