Item arrived on time. It was the exact replacement for my garage door lock. Came with everything to replace the broken lock. Easy to install.

Works great and easy to install, as long as you pay attention and don't rush it, or do it by yourself LOL. My wife was working, so I installed it alone, using duct tape to hold the outside handle in place, and I still managed to install it with the handles the wrong way. I wanted them horizontal when UNLOCKED for ease in opening the door. I managed to put in wrong TWICE! LOL. Because to access the screws on the inside it has to be in the locked position, so when I unlocked it after installation the handles were in the WRONG position! MY BAD, and had nothing to do with the product. I managed to get it right finally, and it works great! Thank you.

The only thing about it is that it could use an adapter or a choice of handles with different angles. Everything went together fine but, because of the angle of the square shaft the outside handle is off 45 degrees when closed.

Perfect fit for universal dummy handle apparatus.. not like what’s in stores. If your handle does not have a lock and has holes on the end of the square bar inside than this is the piece you need!

The outside housing for the outward facing handle broke on my garage. Was able to just replace the handles and outer housing saving me the trouble of a full rebuild. Took me about 45 minutes by myself but could have been a lot faster with a second pair of hands holding the the outside handle in place. Overall great price and quality item.

This product was perfect replacement for existing handle that had broken due to opening and closing so much. This is a handle that has no key. The lock and key are located beneath this handle.

Worked like a charm!

As others mentioned, the install of the inside handle can be tricky without a second set of hands outside to hold in place. I was able to hold the outside handle in place with a small push broom while I installed the inside handle and pin. Otherwise, it was easy to install and is at least equal quality to the original.
