This Bible is everything that is perfect and everything that you will ever need in a Bible.First of it is so well made. The cover is absolutely stunning and I understand why daysprings did only one color in this design because there is nothing more beautiful than the champagne gold/rose gold design.The translation is the New Living Translation which is my favorite translation and so easy to understand. The quotes from Jesus is written in a rick dark red and the letters are giant. This makes it's so easy to read for long periods.The weight is a bit heavy if you have to carry it around but I personally bought mine to place on my lap and sit so it's very comfortable for me.The back of the Bible has many great surprises that I didn't expect but so appreciate. Thank you dayspring for an exceptional product.

I was interested in trying a new, updated translation. I've used NIV for many years, and will stick with that for memorizing verses. But I saw a poll showing that pastors are increasingly using NLT for preaching.Good choice. NLT uses accurate words for today's readers. If you want to reach new, young readers who may not know that "men" means "men and women" you'll love the NLT. It's easy to use "people" for the meaning to be clear. Similarly, who knows what a denarius is? NLT says "a day's wages."This Bible makes so many things clear. I definitely recommend!

This bible is amazing. Large book and print. The words spoken my God are highlighted in red . The cover is strong and brings character to the book.

I would order a thousand more. The quality is excellent. It comes in great packaging. Shipped fairly fast. The cover is beautiful. The print is very dark and bold, and large for someone who needs glasses to read the bible and the elderly. I find it heavy, but that is only because of the enlarged print. It is flexible, but the quality is good, and the book's spine holds up very well. An additional bonus of bible study material comes with the purchase that I love. This is a great gift and or perfect for daily bible study and use.

Husband bought this for me as a surprise. At first, I was upset that she wanted to buy some things that was so personal to me and that I wanted to choose myself. However, the color was so beautiful and the words perfectly visible for me. I am pushing 50 and find that I need glasses for everything that I look at. As disheartening as it is to admit that I couldn’t read my Bible that was the reason that I stopped reading. This Bible is not only beautiful, but it has Mabson pictures in the back, and it has notations on some of the pages and translation notes. It even has an app that you can use with the Bible. It is called FILAMENT. It has a table of contents, as well as what they call. A Tyndale verse finder was just kind of like an index of catch words or things that you’re looking to grow on like the word face or the word anger, belief…etc

The media could not be loaded. Bigger than a personal size bible, which was what I wanted. The pages are thin but that’s with most bibles. Overall I’m happy with the purchase.
