I included this in my daughter's Easter basket this year as a fun, cute DIY gift.She loved being able to create her own little treats. It was fairly easy to set up and for her to use. It didn't quite come with enough filling for all the different treats, but I did appreciate the variety of treat options.As far as taste is concerned, I didn't try it myself but my daughter said it was very sweet but overall "mid" as a dessert.I think the value is more about the fun of creating the snacks, not about how delicious they are.Especially for the great price, I would definitely recommend as a gift for a child. Very cute.

i'm sure it was not just me, but as a little girl i would always watch videos of these cooking kits. i dreamed of one day making one myself, they always looked so good. i am now 16 and found myself scrolling on amazon, and saw this kit pop up in my recommended. it was almost like fate. i now have a job..my own money..i can finally buy the one thing i've wanted most in life. let me tell you, it was one of the best experiences i have ever had in my life. the ingredients were very easy to make, with step by step instructions. assembling each tiny dessert was incredibly joyful and filled by body with such an enormous amount of dopamine, that i haven't felt in years. the icing is the perfect consistency and comes out of the piping bag beautifully. once i created my masterpieces it was time to eat them, a bitter sweet moment. wafers taste like cardboard...but that didn't really bother me. i ate each dessert in one bite. the sweetness hit my tastebuds, and the texture surprised me. it is fairly thick, and reminds me of the popular ice cream dessert mochi (if you enjoy mochi, this is for you). the cones were perfect, perfect crunch, perfect taste. i have no complains about this product. it made my inner child delighted and fulfilled all my childhood dreams. it was everything i hoped for..and more. thank you poppin cookin. i love you.

Kids had fun making it, but said taste was not good. It was more of activity for them to do than to actually consuming it

The moment the package arrived my daughter wanted to make it. So we made and it was super fun. Tasted pretty good, easy directions and all parts came in great condition. Next time I'll need to buy a multi pack and hide packs of it before my daughter sees them lol otherwise she wants to make them all right away. She loved it and I'm so going to order more someday for her. I would of taken pictures but, she ate them before I could. She gave me a mini bite and I thought it tasted pretty good. I wished the kit was a little bigger though.

I got these for my granddaughter for Christmas because she insisted that was what she wanted. She and the kids she shared them with said they are “nasty”. I had assumed so. They did have fun working together to make them.
