Looks good once assembled
The display case arrived securely packaged with multiple pieces to assemble. Every piece of acrylic was covered in a wrapping that was annoying to remove but it kept the pieces safe in transport. The instructions are lacking but it wasn’t too difficult to assemble with some assistance. One notch would not click into place because the alignment was off, so I used some force as the instructions said to, and a small bit near the hole cracked off. I put that part of the lid in the back, it’s not super noticeable. For the price I expected slightly better quality but it fits my BTS Lego set just fine, and I can live with it. Looks much better now. Oh and the lights that came with it are super tiny, but I didn’t buy this for the lights. Not even going to use them.

Great display case, but having scratches on one side long plate
Updated: seller has been responsive and happy to provider after-sale service.Pros: Overall it is a great case. Feel solid and easy to install.Cons: A little bit overpriced. Besides, there was one side of arcylic plate having several small scratches. Since it is already installed and protective film has been teared, I would not ask for a return.

Revised rating! Seller didn't have to replace the item but did. Customer service was great!
For the money we paid for this display case I am so disappointed! My husband put it together and when he moved it to the shelf for display the plastic snapped and cracked in one corner. Now we have a $500 model in a cracked case. It needs to have reinforced seams.
