While this product has a decent taste and protein content, I feel it’s a bit overpriced for what it offers. Despite this, it remains a reliable choice for a quick and convenient protein boost.

I’m a 75 yo lady who dealt with significant loss of strength and muscle. After a few months taking just one capsule a day, and working with a personal trainer, things are gradually improving.

I use to take creatine but eventually moved off of it after hearing about isoleucine. I’m sure it’s different for everyone but creatine made me feel “off” idk how to explain it. I always had to eat something to avoid feeling nauseous with creatine but not with isoleucine. I take two capsules in the morning and two in the afternoon (on an empty stomach) and I have no side effects. Been taking isoleucine consistently for about a month and my joints/ligaments feel great as if I was taking creatine. I play basketball and lift weights 5 days a week and the recovery has been perfect for me. If you are looking for a creatine substitute I would recommend isoleucine.

Beware of two things. New studies show eliminating just the one amino acid l-isoleuthine from mouse diets extended their life 33%. This is new info. Other point - check that one 10 cent egg has 4 times as much as the 18 cent pill. However the pills looked great and were as represented. If you use them for muscle building this seems as good a place as any to buy them.
