Struggled with nail fungus since 2020. Nothing worked and I can stop doing my nails cause I hate my natural ones so that didnt help the situation. I’ve been dealing with a fungal infection on my big toe for a while, and I started using these Kerasal patches for 14 nights straight. I wasn’t sure what to expect, but I’m honestly impressed. After just two weeks, I saw a visible difference as the nail looks a little lighter, less thick, and isn’t lifting as much as it used to. I took a one-week break after finishing the first round, and now I’ve started again. The patches are easy to use, stay on overnight, and don’t cause any irritation.Only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because the patches could be a little better in size for larger nails like the big toe, and they’re a bit pricey for a short supply but they definitely work if you’re consistent. No visible result after a few months of use

I was amazed by how well this works. It’s pricey, but worth it.I was very ill for so long that i was unable to take care of my left big toe nail for over a year when i could see it needed care and it was getting worse. My nail ended up thick and yellow. This is really embarrassing.I am writing about this anyway to let people know who have a serious, untended, far down the road, problem with their toenails that this gel works really well and can actually clear it up. This might also be helpful for anyone taking care of someone, especially if it’s someone they love, that is very ill and has this problem.When i told my mom recently about this gel and how well it was working on my long term troubled toenail that had become quite bad off, she told me that the last few years before my dad passed away, when he was really ill, that his toenails had gotten really bad. I thought that a doctor might have to remove the nail. That seemed really painful. And I didn’t know if the toenail would grow back. I’m Just a Hillbilly from Ohio and I was very Skeptical. The package says this works in 2 Days. Well IT DOES! I used it as Directed (2 times a day) and within 2 days my nails look Perfect! This is NOT a Paid Review! This is REAL. My Toenails Look Perfect. Even the Big Toe on my Left Foot. I Never thought that Nail ever had a chance if ever being “Normal” looking again. Nope! It looks just like the rest! Thank You Kerasal! My toenails haven’t looked this good for 20 years. I wish I would have takes “Before” pictures! Now I can wear Slides this summer!

I tried another "all natural" product which only allowed my nail fungus infection to worsen, this product seems to work much better. Although I'm still treating the thumbnail, it's looking now like it's healing and getting better. It's going to be a long haul before I'm back to something normal but I could see the progress in just a few days. Now in the 2nd week of treatment and it looks like the nail color is coming back, still waiting for the damaged area to grow out.

I'll be honest, I was not expecting much when I first bought this. Certainly not the touted “2 days for improvement” when I've struggled with stubborn fungus for years.But to my amazement, it was true (or close to true, idk if it was exactly 2 days). The affected skin started scrubbing off. After using a full tube, my nails are finally regrowing properly.My one complaint is the size of each tube. I wish they were a little bigger for the cost.
