Ever since I started taking this supplement, I noticed my muscles are relaxed and don't cramp as much. The capsules are large but are easy to digest without any side effects or after taste. So far, I don't have any side effects or stomach irritations to report. The price and value for money are good for the quantity of the capsules.

I love this stuff!
I love these pills! I tend to get muscle cramps after exercise. My physical therapist recommended taking electrolytes to help. I’m also sugar sensitive so I can’t have the sugary sports drinks. I can’t tolerate sucralose as an artificial sweetener. Anything with stevia is fine but expensive. When I found these pills it was a miracle! Everything I needed and nothing that I don’t! My family and I are on a budget, so price wise, nothing else can touch this product! I love this stuff!
