Excellent product delivered yesterday.I've been buying a similar pair from Big Lots department store for years.I usually got a year out of them and bought another.I found these on Amazon and right off the bat I was very happy.The kidney bean carry case, the extra ear pads (always use the smallest), the USB C charger fitting, retractable speaker wires, and warranty. (I still haven't figured that out)...Charged overnight and I didn't know there was an on/off switch (used to the phone button on previous)...Connected to the phone and hopefully I get a year or more from these too...I bought two of them because I liked the previous ones so much...I wear them about 12 hours per day...Most importantly, the Sound is very nice too.(After four months)..Still working great. Battery still holds out a 12 hour day.Couldn't be happier.

Works just like I had hoped. AirPods are great and all but I’m constantly on the move so these do what I need-stay attached to me and still be really great from a mic and audio perspective.

The fact that they fold and come in a nice case is great for traveling or even keeping in a tool bag. I'm often on long tech-support calls and need both hands free. I've had other similar heafsets but the earbuds just kept dangling and getting caught up when not in use. These earbuds retract nicely so no tangling. Great sound quality. Clear.Highly recommend.

I paired with my phone but can only hear music- it does not work when calling someone. There is no sound and the person on other end hears nothing.

I don't like it

My ears are too small for earbuds, they fall out - and big headphones are cumbersome and also don't fit me well. But who can wear regular wired buds? These are perfect - they rest nicely on my neck, I can pop the buds in and out as necessary without risking losing them. They are almost invisible when I'm wearing them, and so light I forget to wear them. They hold a charge for a very long time. Excellent. Love the rose gold color too.

At first I really liked these. A fantastic battery life. I however have longer hair and my hair gets pinched and ripped from the hinges. The problem started with calls. I could answer through the headset but the call was muted. I couldn't hear through the headset. Had to turn them off to get the call through the handset. The final death rattle was receiving a text while listening. Headset turned off my book and wouldn't turn back on. My phone wigged out. I turned off the headset and still got weird black screens and no sound through the speakers. I reset my phone and turned it completely off. Now my phone doesn't see the headset at all. It will not pair. 2 months, and fully charged garbage.
