I had been feeling very bloated lately and I've used these before. They always flush that feeling away, so I ordered a pack again. The flavor has changed slightly - less pineapple flavor and more pepper so it was a little more tangy than sweet like I remembered. The point is it still worked though, and I felt so much better within 24 hours!

This did absolutely nothing. Used as directed and experienced absolutely NO cleansing. Waste of money and 48 hours.

I took this to clean out my body worked well

The product worked for me about 7 years ago. I lost 12 lbs in a week. This time I felt better the first week but not sure if it is because a placebo effect or if the product made me feel better. However I was constipated for 1 full week. The second week I started going regularly but it was not a regular movement. I never lost any weight and I was still bloated in the belly. I was disappointed. I read comments reviews about how the ingredients changed. not sure if I am just older and that’s why it didn’t work, or if the change made the product different.

I've been using the ItWorks Cleanse for years, even since they changed the formula and I love how I feel by end result. But after reading reviews, there's some important factors to take into consideration...this cleanse is NOT meant to give it you blow out bowel movements. This product is designed to cleanse you on a cellular level so bowel movements will usually be normal. The product was manufactured so we can use it and not stop our daily lives because we're running to the toilet all the time. Secondly, one person stated it arrived expired. The photo is NOT an expiration date. It is a manufactured date, which is when the product was created. I have never received an outdated product from this company. And lastly, you can't expect something to work if you're not following a properly balanced diet and drinking ample amounts of water. If you're not doing these.things, nothing will work for you. I take a cleanse every six months or so, or when I know I've fallen off the good food wagon and I'm getting back on track. Everyone is different but I love the products and will continue to purchase it.

Not work for me

I've used this product twice and it very different from most cleanses that increase your bathroom time. This does not make you have bowel movements, but it's gentle enough to eat while you're taking it. Definitely follow the directions on eating clean while doing so, but each time Ive used it, I noticed a drastic difference in the scale immediately. The taste is not great, but that's okay. Would purchase again. Absolutely has been useful to kickstart weight loss for me
