Why did you pick this product vs others?: ​This was having an internal mesh and grid like SS louvers which can protect the chimney from the rain additionally which isn’t seen in many other brands. And the whole body was of SS without joints on the outer layer keeping it leakage free unlike rest of the products. So it’s great product for your chimney as well get protection from the rain which is the most important thing. Quality: The quality of the product is good. As it’s SS it is rust free and can withstand rain and sun. It’s been like 6 months from my order date. Value for money: It kind of feels costly but it’s worthy in the long run as we don’t have to replace it possibly never again. Functionality: As the mesh has wider holes mosquitoes enter your house pretty easily and so I added an extra mesh outside using waterproof Silicone sealant so that can remove it whenever I need to for cleaning. Fit: Well as my chimney hole in the wall was wider than the cowl I had to use a WPC board on my wall to ensure a proper fitting and it’s working good.

Best cowl to use for ceiling mount Exhausts. Prevents from birds, insects entering.Withstands harsh weather conditions. Must recommend this product..

Not yet used.. But material. Seems robust steel.. However thr packaging was absolutely pathetic.. No shread of packaging only amazon plastic cover.. Luckily it came without damage..

Looks great. It’s MoC is SS304. I have not used it but seems very good quality.

Product is nice and sturdy however you need a professional help to install the product. The best part is it has wire mesh in front which avoids entry of flies and lizards
