I had this wooden brush 'saved for later' for about a week before buying it because I was hesitant to spend the $50(?) for a brush. I'm so glad I bought it because it is seriously the best brush ever. Dry hair, wet hair, it's been a month and it's still immaculate. I love that this brush doesn't have the weird plastic nubs at the end - it doesn't rip through your hair and it's just a pleasant experience every time I brush my hair.For people complaining about the single hole in the brush head - that's supposed to be there.

I have fine and fragile hair, and I bought this for my daughter with thick and full hair. She won't use it, but I'm really enjoying it! Detangles and seems like it doesn't pull as much hair out. Feels like high quality and something that will last a long time.

My daughter is completely attached to this brush. She has very long hair, and this brush detangles it without breaking the ends. It's nice that it is wooden, too.

Ok I was skeptical of the price point but I swear this thing is worth it. I’ve had many different brushes over my four decades of having long, fine texture hair. I recently had to retire my Aveda paddle brush because the rubber part straight up rotted and fell apart because it was so old. I wanted something similar but with gentler teeth so I figured I’d splurge on this one with the wood instead of plastic. Best decision I’ve ever made for my hair. It untangles both wet and dry with minimal effort on my part, pairs well with a hair dryer, and the little nubs feel great on my scalp. I swear you will not regret this purchase. You will want to be buried with this brush. It is magical.

Received this Shash Paddle brush large size....thought i was ordering a boarshair brush,but i looked at so many i guess i mistakenly selected the wrong one....Was initially annoyed,but decided to try it....My hair is very thick which is why i was searching for the right one....Well,purchased in error or not,this is a great brush! It flows thru my natural hair with ease,massaging my scalp...I hope it lasts a good long time,considering what i spent...4/13/2025

This Wooden Paddle Brush is exactly what it states it is, "Gently detangles, styles, conditions hair with minimal frizz and breakage - safe for all hair types, wet or dry - eco-sourced wood." I have let other people use the brush and when I have given the brush as a gift, everyone has told me that it is now their favorite brush. This includes a friend of mine that has been working professionally with hair for many years loves the brush. Itis worth the extra money that it costs over other similar products that I have purchased in the past.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:My Favorite Paddle Brush. I purchased 2 other wooden paddle brushes, and this one...although a bit more expensive than the others: is by far my favorite. I always reach for this one. I've had it for almost a year now and it looks brand new.
