I purchased this light as a Christmas present for my daughter who posts on Social Media. The light arrived 2 days before Christmas and the package had been badly damaged during transit and some key components were missing as a result. That was the beginning of my bad experience.At first I contacted Amazon directly and I have to be honest Amazon were, to say the least extremely unhelpful and following a number of contacts the only solution they offered me was that I had to post the item back to them before they would even offer a refund. This would have been extremely inconvenient for me as I would have had to try and source new packaging and pay for postage etc which given the size and weight of the item I reckon would not have been cheap. And more importantly, this would not help me with my Christmas Present situation, but Amazon didn't seem to care. That was my bad experience which I solely put down to Amazon Corporate and not the actual seller.At this stage I felt quite bitter and let down but then I noticed that I could contact the seller (Eoto Light Store) directly and this was the beginning of my Good Experience, to be honest 'Good' doesn't do them justice, 'Great' or 'Excellent' experience would be a better more accurate description.I contacted Eoto Light Store directly on Christmas Eve afternoon more in Hope and Desperation than in Expectation and explained my situation. Amazingly, within 2 hours I had received a reply from Kevin at Eoto Light Store who was most apologetic and understanding and looking to help. I explained my experience with Amazon and how the only option they offered me was to return the item and the difficulties that presented for me. I explained that I wasn't looking for a refund or for a full replacement, I would have been happy to just be sent the missing parts, that way I could give my daughter her present and simply explain that the missing parts would be sent seperately. Kevin agreed to this without question and was most helpful. (please note that Kevin even sent me a message on Christmas Day). Then the following day, 26th December, Kevin messaged me advising me that he had arranged for a completely brand new light to be sent to me in Ireland from France, the original had been dispatched from the UK. This replacement has now arrived, fully intact with all components. Thank You Kevin and Eoto Light Store for absolutely first rate customer service. You have far far exceeded my expectations.As for the light itself, I am no expert on these products but I know my daughter is over the moon with her new Ring Light. She has had several ring lights in the past and none of them came anywhere close to this light. It feels like a quality product just by looking and handling it and it does everything it says on the tin. It is extremely bright when set at its highest setting but can be dimmed or brightened according to your needs. The type of light can also be adjusted from natural to extremely white, as I have said, I'm no expert on this but my daughter showed me the various adjustments and both she and I were impressed. The tripod stand is sturdy and appears fairly well balanced and there are fittings to hold upto 3 mobile phones or a camera. There are also two remote controls, one for the light and one to control the phone to take pictures.So in summary, the light including accessories has matched or exceeded my expectations. The courier service on the first occasion did not. Amazon Corporate certainly did not. But Eoto Light Store absolutely exceeded my expectations and I could not recommend them more highly.A great Ring Light from a First Rate Supplier.Stars out of Five: I'd give them an Eight if I could. I bought this ring light for creating videos for my Instagram and YouTube, and I’m very happy with it. The brightness is unreal, no matter how dark it is outside I get great quality picture. It’s very easy to assemble and the instructions are very easy to follow.I only have been using it for few days but im very pleased with its quality especially for the price I paid.I love the carrier bag as well for when I need to bring it with me somewhere.The only thing I wish was a bit better, is a sturdiness of stand. The ring light itself is heavy enough and when I want to tilt it, it falls. Luckily I don’t need to do that so it’s not an issue for me.

So...it is a really good ring light - much sturdier than ones I have in the past - I guess the price reflects that. What I would say is the instructions take a bit of work - the stand is fine, the two outside phone holders are fine, but when it comes to the camera tripod stand in the middle - well, that was something else - I could not get it to work and I had to contact Eoto's customer service. I have to say, they were hands down the best I have dealt with - incredibly responsive, asking for images and videos of the difficulties I was having (some down to me, tbh) and all has now been resolved. So would I recommend this product, definitely yes, you might just need some patience to begin with.

Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a quality ring light without the price tag of an arm and leg.The product came very well packaged and when it was expected. It was fairly easy to assemble and dismantle but comes with basic instructions should you need them. Even comes with a carry bag to keep everything safe. There were also instructions to register a warranty. So should anything go wrong in that time frame, you have access to support.The stand seems durable and holds everything sturdy as it's supposed to. Which was a concern after reading some other reviews but, so far so good.The light itself is amazingly bright, even on the dimmest setting! The brightness is honestly unreal. Even when it's completely dark out, can still get quality and crisp pictures as if taken in natural day light. Really like that it's got a touch sensor too, makes it super easy to adjust the brightness and tone without faffing about too much.Amazed by how great this product turned out. If you haven't got the budget for expensive, top of the game lighting, then this one is a good runner up. Can't fault the quality for the price!

I bought the EOTO Light for one purpose, for commercial photo shoots where flat light is important for the client. It did that well and the results are excellent. The ability to change light temperature and a high CRI are essential and EOTO Light provide for this. If I could change a couple of things, a little more power would be helpful, and the controls and touch panel are designed for bloggers. As a photographer, I want the controls on the opposite side to the led light. With the light at full power, you can't see the touch panel so a bit pointless. I love the light weight of the product, it's very easy to transport plus the carry case holds a lot more stuff so a double bonus. All in all, a good purchase. We'll see how it works out longer term as I've got a lot of projects where I can use this lighting method.

The ring light does what it claims. The brightness and temperature control works well. The stand could be a bit sturdier. Overall a fantastic buy and has the same features as some of the more expensive ring lights.
