I tried this is an alternative to the brand in the light blue package from Whole Foods since it was half the price, and it is exactly the same. Sometimes collagen peptides will have a weird odor akin to bone broth, but this is higher quality and does not. I put it in my coffee. All collagen can get lumpy so I add to the mug first, and use a tiny whisk to stir it in and it is perfectly smooth and delicious. This is the second product I have tried from this brand, the first being red maca root, and I continue to be impressed.

I think this is a high quality product, effective and happy mood, just careful it could make u gain some weight if u overdose. It makes me hungrier. So I am careful with the dosage.

I put the powder into empty capsules I bought from Amazon. I use it in hopes to grow around my hips and such. Seems to be working, but I'm also taking 2 of these a day with another supplement. I can't be sure, but one or both of these supplements broke me out, like I'm having a hormonal thing going on. I suppose I'm adjusting and it's going away now. Have been taking for about a month. I'll continue to take it. I would say this will last me all year, even taking 2 a day. It's a lot of powder!
