My son-in-law is a chef at an upscale restaurant, and my daughter teaches others how to make bakery-style sourdough bread in classes. Both are amazing in the kitchen. I know that for family gatherings, my son-in-law often will make pulled pork sandwiches along with a bunch of other goodies, and I often see them using forks to pull apart the meat. So I bought them this as a gift to add to their kitchen utensils. They both entertain quite a bit, so I thought these claws would come in handy.

I'm a very old school guy, I think all the tools they have for simple tasks are a wasteful cash grab but my folks got these for me and now I'm open to new things to achieve old goals. They work best for the task at hand, they are functionally the most efficient way to perform this task, and the quality is for daily use.
