I got this thinking, oh it's small and super cute! Lovely fire engine red. Came packaged nicely, fit perfectly in my tiny living space. Plugged this beautiful little thing in, thrilled with excitement of something that was functional and stylish. Took a moment to figure out the dials and buttons. Reheated a plate of left over goodness my mother made the night before. Low and behold, within 2 days and maybe 3 times of use. It wasn't providing me with pippin hot goodness. User error I thought perhaps, so tried again. It shut off multiple times. No power displayed. Well, I checked my breaker, switched to a different plug because maybe it's this tiny apartments fault. Crossing fingers and tried once more. This time I realize it's FIRE 🔥 HOT! The whole top of it. Wasn't me, the breaker or plug. It was a defective microwave. 🥺 I didn't try again, although the temptation to find out if there were attractive firemen did cross my mind. I seriously thought that thing was going to burst into flames. I boxed it back up and sent this tiny fire maker back to where it came from. All around disappointment. No heated food. Could have caused a fire. And still single due to using better judgment and not trying again to meet a firefighter. I don't recommend unless you want a 10 pound paper weight or perhaps you too want to check out your local fire department 🥺🫣🤦‍♀️

I got this microwave about three weeks ago and I fell in love with it. I love the color, the aesthetic, and how easy it was to use. However it all went downhill when I tried to use it one day and it tripped the breaker. At first I thought oh maybe I had to many things plugged in and running at once so I unplugged other appliances and turned them off and tried again but nope…still tripped the breaker. I tried different circuits and different outlets and every time it kept tripping the breaker. I contacted amazon customer service and they led me to talk to the manufacturer and the manufacturer told me to just return it or exchange it through amazon. However when I wanted to exchange it amazon told me there was an unavailability of stock, and they weren’t able to send me a new one in exchange for the broken model. Which I find stupid because now I have to go through the trouble of returning the broken microwave waiting to get the return money and in the meantime either suffer another charge on my card while I wait to get the return money from the broken microwave so I can get a functional microwave or wait till I get the return money to get a microwave. Another thing that’s stupid is that they literally have the microwave in stock. I can buy it right now but they won’t do an exchange still so I have to deal with the trouble. I don’t know why the microwave started tripping the breaker but buyer beware I guess. It’s a beautiful microwave, sadly it just stopped working.

It’s very cute and a close color match in my kitchen. I use it about twice a day to heat my coffee and a few times a week otherwise. Almost every day the turntable slides off its position at least once, and then doesn’t easily go back in position. It takes two hands, because there’s nothing really there to hold it in place. The plastic covering, of the release button to open it, has started peeling off. The release button is also difficult to use. It usually takes at least three tries. Update: Turntable fell out, down a short distance onto a cushioned floor and shattered into dangerous shards.

I thought this was cute, so I bought it. It’s not powerful, everything takes forever to heat up. Nonetheless, I barely use it at all! Frozen burrito, cup of soup, etc.. Today, when I was warming up some hot water, I smelt burning. I merely opened the microwave and saw that it was flowing smoke from the gold panel inside. This could’ve turned into a major dangerous disaster! Definitely did not get my moneys worth and could’ve burned down my apartment or myself! Let’s see what the company does to make this better… Don’t buy it!

I bought this microwave for my wife. She loves the retro look. When we got the microwave the box was in great shape. There was no damage to the microwave. We set it up on our counter top and when to microwave my son a frozen meal. After 1 minute we noticed a burning smell and the microwave shut off and now it no longer works. Do not waste your money on this product.

Horribly made waste of money, even being as cheap as it is. It only allows you to do increments of 30 for cook time, despite letting you do precise times for the timer. The door locks for no reason, requiring you to always cancel the cook time before opening. The beeps are way too loud for literally no reason. It's low power and in my experience did a poor job properly reheating food. Do yourself a favor and buy literally any other microwave.

So cute, but SO weak. It has probably half the normal heating ability of what I was used to. It was also very confusing at first to figure out how to use it. I’m obsessed with the look but so disappointed in the quality.

The microwave doesn’t heat good the same and on a consistent basis. For instance I attempted to cook some microwaveable bacon. The first batch came out perfect. I prepared and cook the second round of bacon in the same manner. The second batch did not cook in the same timeframe I had to double the amount of time I cooked it. This item is not consistent therefore it is not a good value for my money.

I don't know where to start!! This is the most stunning microwave I have ever bought. I honestly couldn't believe how beautiful it was when I opened it, proper retro and its so shiny and the colour is stunning. It works really well and has cooked food better than other microwaves I have used. If you want a beautiful red microwave then this is the one for you.

This microwave should not be sold in the UK. It arrived with an American style plug fitted. Not safe to use adapter or converter, as stated in info book, which came with the microwave. I contacted seller and two electricians. Seller sent me an adapter separately. Only meant for sale in Canada and USA. It could result in injury and damage. I had to return this microwave, as it was not safe to use. A hassle getting lable printed. Then courier turned up with a label ! Very stressful. No information when ordering that it had an American style plug fitted. Very disappointed, as I loved the colour and style.
