Used these to extend the length of my optical cable by connecting two cables together. Works great.

Works as advertised with no discernable degradation in signal. I always try to have a couple on hand for when I reconfigure my multi-room sound system and my collection of short optical cables are inevitably a bit too short for what I want to do. Solid physical connection so I don't worry about them popping loose.

One didn't work, the other did
No big deal, it's a small and cheap audio part, but it's a good thing it was a 2-pack. One didn't work, but the other did, and I only needed to splice one optic audio cable to reach the TV. Discarded the other one, and the price is right. The one that works works perfectly. These things happen. I didn't contact the seller or submit for a refund. Cheap and disposable, no issues.

Just what I needed!
I have several game systems hooked up to a projector and also surround sound and optical cables are the only way I can get sound with this setup. I needed a quick solution to switch sound between systems and these connectors are the simplest and least expensive solution. Highly recommend!!
