First off, that I'd spend time to review a TP handle is kinda nuts. You just get in, do your business and go on about your merry way right?The mounting bracket annoyed me and I think for some may be a deal breaker. If you look at the pics I uploaded, they provide 2 screws w anchors that just aren't large enough to meet the diameter of the cutout on the circular bracket. See how they aren't flush w the bracket and there's a gap behind them? That's because they don't actually catch the bracket and will spin continuously when you're screwing them in. Big problem is when you add on the handle and tighten the allen screw on the bottom, the handle will rotate 30° back and forth because the backplate isnt secure. I removed it a couple times to make sure it wasn't user error and same issue.So you have a couple options, send it back if you're annoyed by that. Or buy your own mounting screws that cover the diameter of the holes on the backplate so that they hold it in place. See my other pic with 3 larger screws that all ended up flush with the bracket. Once I did that, the handle now holds perfectly secure.An extra 30 mins of headache trying to complete a 10 min task is annoying. If you don't have larger mounting screws / anchors from another project I would SKIP this product and the extra $5 cost from the hardware store.Note: I used #12 1-1/4 screws to drill in the backplate. They fit the 2 anchors that come with the handle, and I added a 3rd anchor to be sure.

Poor execution! This is a modern, great looking tissue holder, but after 2 weeks its proven to be a total disappointment. The bracket has loosed and it simply won't tighten snug as much as I have tried. In addition to its flimsy position on my bathroom wall, it doesn't hold the roll of toilet paper as it gets smaller.. in fact as the roll decreases in size, it flies off the end of the holder! Why didn't someone in the design creation process think to put a hook or design feature to avoid this? If the holder is placed vertically, there's no problem with the roll sliding off; however, if its installed horizontally (like mine)...it's a total design fail. I tossed the box that it was packaged in,otherwise I would return it in a heart beat. This was $12 down the toilet...pun intended.
