Keypad Failure!
I have this Cannon safe. If you buy one DO NOT GET THE ELECTRONIC KEYPAD. IT WILL FAIL. When it fails you will need a locksmith to come to your house and drill it out costing $150 +. This is a known problem and Cannon keeps selling these keypads. Do your research on Cannon safes. Buyer beware!Update 1/27/19Called Cannon and they were more than helpful. I received the master password reset and the safe opened. It seems as one digit on my keypad failed and it was returning a wrong password signal. I have since replaced it with a dial lock that I bought here on Amazon. I’m changing my rating to 4 stars because of their customer service.
