I used this to renew my bathtub after many years of soap scum and neglect. It was essential to clean the textured part in the bottom of the tub that the pad attachment cannot get completely clean. A little hard to control initially as you apply pressure and the drill will try to slide on you so take care to protect other surfaces you don't wish to bump or damage. CLR is another essential purchase for spraying on to these type of cleaning jobs.

I bought the RotoScrub Brush along with the six-pack of blue and white scrubs. I tried the brush first and it did a good job of cleaning the area I was scrubbing. I will probably use it more for the walls of my shower because I think that may be a better application of the brush unit. I have no problem with recommending the RotoScrub brush.

I had a drill that was just sitting in a tool box wasting away. I can now use it to clean! I particularly loathe doing the bathtub as it is hard for me to bend over to reach all the corners (I have a bad back). With this attachment, I can get those spots better and faster, which means my back is spared some of the stress. I have found all kinds of ways to put this to use, so I could not be happier. It gave my drill a new life and purpose.

This product worked reasonably well on flat surfaces. Unfortunately do to the bristles long length it looses a lot of cleaning power due. On the tougher messes that I tried this out on the bristles just bent out of the way and were not very effective. The brush is also large and kind of unwieldy preventing me from using it in tighter spaces or on more detailed surfaces. I also noticed that the shaft is made of regular carbon steel and not stainless, meaning that unless you dry it off right away it is guaranteed that the shaft will rust. Since this is meant for bathrooms and kitchens, where water is prevalent, it will be wet very often and I see this as a major draw back. Additionally I was disappointing that the product advises against using it in an impact gun, as mine is lighter than my regular drill and therefore would be easier to clean with.
