I used it on pork chops and chicken, and both came out juicy, aromatic, and packed with that perfect sweet-and-smoky balance. Even my veggie sides—like grilled sweet potatoes—got a delicious upgrade with just a sprinkle. It’s easy to use (just a tablespoon per pound of meat), and the coarse texture adds a nice visual appeal to the dish. No MSG or artificial flavors, either, which makes me feel great about using it.
