Good product

This was a great buy I have them a while and works out the whole body, ideal for small spaces and good attachments

Bought these to use in the office, save so much money not having to buy a set of weights. The numbers are a bit misleading as I think it relates to when the bands are at maximum stretch but after a few uses you start to clock what band is good for you for each exercise . Nice variety of workouts you can do, basically no set up time out the bag of you go.

I was diagnosed with a Neurological condition which causes aches, pains and weakness in my joints and muscles. These have been an absolute godsend for me. Being able to be active once again and feel motivated. The band's have different strengths and you can select according to your ability. I try to do atleast 30 minutes a day and feel a new person afterwards. I would recommend these to people of all abilities. Thanks.

I bought these for a relative and was told they are quite useful but one of the bands snapped, so perhaps not as durable as expected

Was a bit dubious about buying these as the price was imo ridiculously low, I'd bought a set almost identical to this a while back (not through Amazon btw) for a little bit more money and was duped at the time when some Chinese replica garbage turned up which ended up in the bin, so I thought I'd risk the little bit of cash again on these, well they arrived and I'm actually in awe of the quality especially tied in with price, so impressed I've ordered a second set for my work drawer.
