Q: I bought this item from you Aug 2 2019, it no longer works. Does it have a warranty? Will you replace the defective timer?

I don't know if there is a warranty on this item. The question is will you. Typo I am sure. I haven't had any issues with the unit I purchased. I would go to their website for a number or email and contact them.

Q: Can it be set to turn on each each press for 60 sec then off but not to turn on again unless it’s pressed??

No. The only thing you could do with this is turn it on, then let it run for the 60 seconds until it turns off. Then you would have to turn it off until you wanted it to run again.

Q: does it come with plate?

It's not a "plate", but it comes with a tough, durable knob backing label -- a UV-resistant, waterproof vinyl sticker that will adhere to any clean surface. Use is optional.

Q: Does it come with the 10 amp fuse connector?

I got mine, it was just the switch
