With a little grease and adjusting of the screws this is a smooth operating press. I attached a video as some reviews have expressed concern that the carousel plate doesn't extend out far enough. You can just pick it up and move it where you need it, it's just held in place with a small pin. Also I did some math and this press has a 0.66" radius inner gear on a 9" length handle giving you 13.5:1 leverage. If you weigh 150 lbs you can definitely get 2,000 lbs (1 ton) force out of this thing. The casting has some blemishes that have been filled with some kind of filler so this won't win any beauty contests but for the price it's a good press.

This is a brilliant little Arbor press, very well made and works perfectly. I've used it on a few projects recently, mostly stamping leather and aluminium with great results. I would definitely recommend both this product and seller!
