Not omnidirectional.
Not omnidirectional. Poor sound pickup the way they come. Good value for the price. Much better after I bent the last 2 cm carefully 90 degrees around the barrel of a pen, so the tip points to the mouth. Also, sound volume is better 1/2 inch from the mouth, rather than the usual 1 inch distance. Usually we need to tape it to the cheek to hold position. Many of our actors prefer this one-ear style over the 2-ear headband style, but the 2-ear headband style doesn't need to be taped to the cheek.

Was a horrible headset
It wouldn't stay on ear. The volume was bad and the sound had alot of static .
