Small reel works great
This is a compact reel but be aware of the lightweight pre-spooled line. I swapped line out for braided 10 or 12 lb line and was able to fit more of that than the 4lb mono it came with. Working great so far and very happy with this.

Good little ultra light reel
This is a good little reel, I have super tuned this real, it now has 3 bearings making it smoother and it will last longer. I have used it bass fishing it stood up good. I have it paired with a zebco 5ft 6in medium/light rod which also stood up good. All in all a good combo for less than 50 dollars.

Don't buy!!
Great product, it does what uts supposed to do... however make sure to check the top or front reel cover. It WILL come off! Poorly designed front cover. As many reviews as I have read, Zebco will still not take it back. I wish they would. It's a fine looking reel and works very well, but it's that dang front cover.. Zebco, are you paying attention to the reviews? Go back to the all metal components days!!

Easy operation
Bought for my 11 year old grandson to stop his constant tangles a taffles from an open spool reel. He loves it!
