I love this product. It was super easy to use and not hard at all. It came new and easy to use. All I had to do was get two double A batteries. I had to take away a star because it’s loose on my milk. This milk bottle is standard and nothing fancy. Other than that it is amazing! No more spilled milk or too heavy for little hands. UPDATE: I still love this product but no mater what I do this thing still spills milk out a little and I have to go and clean it up. I lock it after each use. It is annoying because this is supposed to make my life easier. I just always have to clean up milk after each use. I still love it and I would buy it again.

Growing Health Risk I bought this dispenser because it looked convenient. It worked well at first, then the problems started. There is no real way to clean the inside of the pump. You can rinse it, you can run water through it, and you can even remove the tube, but none of that reaches the inner sections where liquid sits. After a few weeks I noticed an odd smell. I thought it was the milk, so I replaced it. The smell stayed. I tried taking the lower piece apart and checked the inside. The odor was strong and unpleasant. It was clear that residue had built up in places I could not reach. You use this for milk, juice, or anything your kids drink. You expect it to stay safe. You cannot clean the important parts, and bacteria will grow. You should not ignore that risk. Ask yourself if you want spoiled liquid sitting inside something you cannot wash. Ask yourself if you want your family drinking through a pump that hides buildup you cannot see. I would not buy this again, and I do not recommend it to anyone.

Disappointing and not worth it. Unfortunately this product is more frustrating than useful. Setup is not intuitive, and it takes a lot of trial and error to get it working properly. It also drains the batteries extremely fast, making it impractical for regular use. What should be a simple hands-free dispenser ends up being more trouble than it’s worth. I would not recommend this product.

Life saver for the elderly or disabled!! Similar to a previous review, this allowed my mom to start drinking milk again! The first time we used it the seal wasn’t snug against opening of the Costco size milk jug which made the milk spoil quicker. We put a rubber band around the top and haven’t had a problem since. I was worried cleaning would be a problem but running soapy water through it and using a straw cleaner on the spout works really well. We had it for almost a year until the milk jug it was in spoiled so I’m ordering a new one. I’d definitely recommend it for those with elderly parents. Just make sure if you’re using it with milk that you keep an eye on the expiration date of the milk.

I love my Drink Dispenser. So easy to put the batteries in. It has a strong flow, almost over shot my glass. I love it because I drink A LOT of milk. I buy the milk in gallon jugs. Buying the 1/2 jugs of milk is more expensive. So with this dispenser I can still get the gallon jugs. No longer have to lift the jug out of the fridge. I love this dispenser!

Molded on the inside before we finished a jug of milk. Not very powerful. Takes longer than just pouring it by hand

At first we were very excited to have this product.. our milk jugs are large and really heavy, so it was meant to ease pouring milk. however, there was no way of giving it a proper clean, nothing is detachable and there's many crevices you simply can't get to. We tried soaking it in soapy water and rinsing it off, but since you can't take it apart at all and not even remove the silicone protective straw around the cables, it's bound to keep bacteria. At first we discovered a weird sludge in the cups of our coffee whenever we had milk with it, and then it soured very quickly despite it being fresh with an expiry date in the future. Just as a warning.. I do not think this is a hygienic product to use unless only intended for water.

I love the fact that I no longer have to struggle lifting a heavy 4 litre jug to have a drink of milk. It's fast flowing and fits in the fridge. A good purchase. To ensure that it it doesn't drip I suggest a piece of paper towel be placed under the bottom front to catch any drips.

This has been a game changer for our family. Yes I agree, some might call it not a necessary item. But it's easy, convenient, saves the fridge door shelf from wear and tear of getting milk and water bottle in and out. And easier for my kids to get their own water and milk. I have had it for over 2 months and have only had to put batteries once initially. I have used it on Juice bottles and it works great. Just be sure not to use with pulp based juice or super thick smoothies. Overall a great product and I will highly recommend it!!

Excellent! Love it. Beats having to lift the milk jug out every time. Battery life seems pretty good as well. It's done 6 jugs so far and still on the original batteries.
