There's three main factors I look for in instant coffee:Caffeine free, sugar free, and trans-fat free, and this product is the only one on the market that I know of that meets all three of those requirements.I'm a little flexible with the caffeine free part, but I still prefer to do without it when I can, I like to get my energy from more natural and less concentrated sources.

Tastes pretty good but it has Splenda for a sweetener. That's a big no no.
