Excellent shave cream.

They figured out how to keep the foam in the can…you know when you’re finished dispensing but the can continues to flow more out…not this can. More importantly its foam is not weak and it smells great. Sometimes it’s hard to find. I hope they don’t discontinue. The gels don’t do the job that only foam can do. Gels have no body. Highly recommend !

If I could wear this scent as a fragrance I would haha. It smells SO GOOD! Is also very light, nourishing, and feels great on my skin. I always get a great shave for this but I’d also buy it just for the scent.

Let me start by saying that I don't use shave foam, haven't used it in years. I prefer soap and brush, its just as convenient, airplane friendly, and frankly the shave is better. But when I saw this on sale for $2.25, I was like, what the heck, lets give it a try. So first impressions, $2.25, the can is smaller, many years ago when I did buy shave foam cans (edge or gillette), my benchmark price was $3.50/$4ish. But that was many years ago and inflation etc. I wouldn't pay $7-8 for this. Secondly, when I put it on my face, it felt very minty. Too minty perhaps but not annoying. The shave itself was fine, although I feel my usual routine of using a good quality blade and softening the beard with a hot towel was the major contributor. Long story short, its okay - I think I'll stick with shave soap. For $2.25, I have no regrets. For $8 I would.

Not a fan of the many gels available, this comes out as foam. The applicator nozzle is AWESOME. Precision dispense in a controlled manner. Ever end up with more shaving cream on your hand vs. your face? Not with this foam. Glides on the face smooth during application. Shaves great. Slightly mentholated/tingly to make beard hair wake up. Rinses nice and just enough moisturization afterwards. It would be great if the price dropped some, seems like store retailors hesitant to carry it on the shelf for some reason. Can only hope it's not discontinued, superior to other shave cream/foams and eliminates the frustration/time of trying to whip up some gel-cream. Winner!

Just after 3/4 days,foam turned to liquid! And I had to throw it away. Wastage of money. I never found such dumb product from Gillette.

I use Foamy and its el cheapo generic looking cousin (also made by Gillette) and absolutely hate gels. Though expensive, I really enjoy using this. I like everything about it, including the scent. I currently use it with Gillette Skin Guard razors, which BTW magically never cut my skin, no matter how quickly and carelessly I shave. I obviously have a very light beard, extremely sensitive skin, and shave only two or three times a week. A blade can last me as long as three months (without the pyramid :-D !). And a can of Foamy, a really long time, since I only use about a quarter to half dollar size of shaving cream at a time. Most Americans use too much soapy product on their hair and skin, which as far as shave cream goes, not only more quickly dulls the blade (all product leaves a small coating whether you like it or not in addition to friction) but also reduces the closeness of the shave. You will get your money's worth out of this premium shave cream. BTW I also am going to try the Lab Exfoliating Razor. Hopefully it works as magically well as the Skin Guard. But as I mentioned before, I always get my money’s worth out of Gillette products through thoughtful use.

I’ve tried numerous shaving creams but my skin would often feel irritated after, this product was soft and easy to apply. Smooth shave with nearly no skin irritation. Highly recommend 👍

Good quality product for shave Love the smell and very easy to use It a bit pricey for small bottle but it a product you will love to use I will buy it again and do recommend it

Makes shaving with zits easy

Pump broke way too easily because it’s only connected to the bottle via a little thin piece of plastic. Be careful when you use it.

Gillette Quick Rinse has no slimy feel and rinses easily but might not be as effective if you have a heavy beard. I used Gillette Foamy for years but didn't like the slimy feeling residue that was hard to wash off. Quick Rinse works for me. I like the scent too.
