instructions were a lil confusing and some letters were miss labeled but overall perfect couch

First the instructions are very limited and hard to follow. Luckily it’s actually fairly easy to put together. I noticed right away things did not fit perfect. Mainly, the legs won’t all get tight or stay tight, as well as some of the back pieces. The back pieces and base pieces are not flush and square with one another. Also once finished some cushions and pillows are different sizes depending on the side and looks a bit under stuffed. All that aside it looks good. Then you sit on it. These cushions have springs and very thin padding. Springs that you can feel completely into your butt and back of knee, on every cushion, so uncomfortable and annoying. I am constantly tightening the legs and back pieces that still tighten completely. It feels fragile as I am around 200lbs and it flexes a bit when you relax back into the couch. So within about a week after purchase we requested to return it for these reasons. Amazon approved but the company told us we need to have original box (bad shape when it showed up), pictures of issues, and then maybe they will discuss options. It’s took 2 weeks and multiple conversations to get that out of them. We are still dealing with this terrible couch now almost 2 months later. I’m not sure how you show flaws inside a couch without damaging it further. Please don’t buy this couch or from this company! Regrets!

Have this in the basement area. The couch is cheap but has held up many months to kids abuse. Smaller then I thought but not a big deal. Perfect for the rec room.

The comfort level is ok, I hate that the 2 pieces of the couch don’t connect together. Was a total pain in the butt to put together. They list the sections but say there is 2 G and 2 F pieces, yet they are different sizes and you have to get them in the right spot. I had to take the back pieces apart several times due to grabbing the wrong G or F piece. Overall it looks nice in my living room and the ottoman is great.

Easy to assemble and it is good quality for the price we paid fits perfect in my apartment and me and my boyfriend absolutely just love this couch!

I would not recommend this couch. When we ordered the couch, a piece of the frame arrived damaged and I had to contact the seller for a replacement piece. After almost a month after ordering, we were finally able to sit on the couch we ordered. About a year later, while sitting on the couch normally, the same frame piece that we had replaced because it was damaged broke again. I contacted the manufacturer who said this model is discontinued, however it is still orderable on the store. So about a year later, the couch is unusable. Very poor manufacturing quality. The couch is comfortable enough for the price, that was not an issue. Assembly instructions were vague at times leading to a slightly lengthened assembly. Overall, would not recommend.

This is an Amazon couch. It’s price point is relatively not bad for what it promises, however, you will find better quality by buying a used couch from Facebook. This couch boasts the ability to have a chaise that can be on the right or left and it can be. While putting it together you’ll come to see that there doesn’t seem to be a way to bind then together though. So the cheap wooden and plastic couch slides on all but thick carpet. The two sections separate from each other quite easily. I fixed this with two C clamps. The quality of the material leaves something to be wanting. The cushions are mostly soft but the texture of the couch feels cheap and made overseas. The legs are easy to assemble and they’re very light plastic and due to the material not being perfect on the bottom don’t screw in very smooth without almost rubbing a hole in it. The wood is also very cheap and you’ll notice that when you’re assembling the couch and you have to tighten and tighten and tighten some more to get the backs of the couch to stop wiggling and feel secure enough to sit down. All the while you’re tightening though, you’ll hear wood cracking and the sound of splitting. After it’s tight and you’re satisfied that you’ve put you’re cheap couch together and you feel confident in yourself, you’ll be sure to notice the sound of more splitting if you make the mistake of sitting down too hard. Try not to plop as more of gentle approach is required. Be sure to have that size of wrench available or keep the one they give you. You’ll need to retighten the couch many times over the next week or so break in period. Overall rating is 2/10. I would not buy this again. But it’ll do. It’s too hard to disassemble and send back.

Perfect size for my medium sized space! Assembly was a little frustrating in the beginning (only because directions that come with it are vague and most of the labels were not on pieces). Package came in 4 separate boxes…all on the same day. I love the color and the comfort of the couch.
