GAT SPORT PMP (Peak Muscle Performance), Pre-Workout, 30 Servings (Blue Raspberry (Stim-Free))

I'm a Stim-free kinda guy due to the schedule of getting to the gym after work 95% of the time. I value my sleep so I don't want lingering stimulants harassing me. With that said I gave the GAT Pmp a whirl and have been very pleased with the overall performance of this supplement. REMEMBER people everyone is different. I see a million reviews saying things don't work and others saying it does so take what people say with a grain of salt.I was using another stim-free pre before switching to the GAT Pmp and they both work well but in different ways. Specific to the GAT I get a better workout when using the weights versus the cardio. Again this is just me and may be different for others. I do know I sweat like a pig using any pre so nothing has changed with that. The GAT gives me a better focus lifting heavier and or more weight. I also do not get a crash as I was getting with the other but a fairly even tapering off of the supplement.It mixes pretty good and taste is bearable. I'm not drinking it for it's flavor which I assume nobody else would be either. No stomach issues whatsoever no jitters or headaches or anything else that would warrant concern as a side effect in my case.Hope this helps!

I've tried almost all the stim free pre workouts on the market and this is the best. Gets you in the zone with great effect and without the problems of caffeine.

I've been using products like this over the past 15 years of various types caffeine free caffeine Plus creatine-free creatine Plus you name it I bought it from the most popular brands on other websites that cater to people who lift and work out a lot. Not sure how they do it but I have just as much energy as the other stuff I've used minus the caffeine and it works awesome. Used to be a personal trainer and I know a result when I see one and you need very little not a whole lot. You definitely feel like kicking in after 10 minutes or so. And for the money I don't know anything out there that's better that doesn't have a whole bunch of additives and sugar in it. I just buy what works simple as that.

Flavor is good.

This stuff is the bomb 💣 it gives me the right burst of energy without making me fill like I have to scratch my face with brick 😂! I plan to try some of the other products from this company.

PMP has been my go to for years, it gives a good pump with no crash. It doesn't give you as much of a rush as some other brands but it just feels like consistently clean energy for your entire workout.

It is extremely sweet, so much that I found myself adding beet powder to it in hopes the earthiness would help mellow out the sweetness. But the bigger concern is that the FDA recommends no more than 400mg of caffeine per day, and this thing has 525 mg of their energy blend so without knowing how much of that is caffeine and how much of that is the Acetyl- L Carnitine HCI. So since it's a "proprietary" blend where don't get to see how much actual caffeine it is, I can't even be sure this is safe. I will say, I have had trouble sleeping since starting this so I think I'm going to stop. My body can't seem to get rid of the caffeine in time to rest.
