Easy to install, very quiet

Mt5011u Trolley Operator
It's good replacement for my old raynor 1/2 hp commercial operator. It's a little noisier than the one I had. My old operator had an AO Smith motor which was smaller but the same specs, so that's probably why it was quieter. This has a rolling code (purple) built in radio. The wire antenna has limited range compared to my old dip switch radio but it does the job in a metal building. There's an external antenna hookup for relocation of the antenna.This runs my raynor 12'x12' tricor door just fine. I do have my springs adjusted properly.The logic board is available for this operator should my relays or electronics go out. My raynor operator didn't have any parts available after 17 years so here I am on Amazon.Some sellers supply a chain, my seller didn't include one which is not a big deal. I reused my old chain and rail. It does come with spacers and a sprocket pulley if you want to build your own out of angle steel.

Easy to install if replacing an older existing one
Our 25 year old version of this type of Liftmaster operator died. Fortunately they didn't chance much on the design. Kept it simple. Which makes installation of this one to the existing door really easy. Works great.
