As a 72yr old (male) (T2) diabetic, anything boosting energy / immune system is a bonus (but well worth checking with a tame medic first). The basics of the products ( appearance / applications etc ) are well reviewed by others outside the UK so really this is an initial review of someone trying the product and coming back in a months time to update the review ( solong as it is still there). After a week the initial results are promising – watch this space. For me the tablets are easy to take

These Vegavero Ginseng & Ginkgo Capsules are very easy to swallow and at a price of just under £23 for 120 capsules which are to be taken at a rate of one a day, they are really very good value when compared to some other brands.Having read the description of the ingredients and details of the manufacturing process, together with the values of the Vegavero company it seems that the ingredients used to make these capsules are of very high quality and this gives me confidence that what I am taking is the best available.Each capsule is to be taken with food and water and having taken one each day over the last week, I have found that they do not cause a stomach upset. I’m sometimes prone to these with Gingko, so I was pleasantly surprised.I have not felt any great differences in energy levels yet but these supplements sometimes take a while to have an effect so I am hopeful for a positive result and with a 4-month supply of the capsules, I will have long enough to gauge whether it is worth buying any more of these in future without spending any more money for a good length of time. I’ll try to remember to add to this review in a couple of months whether I feel any more energetic (my family may get up a petition if I do, though!)If you are considering trying Ginseng & Ginkgo supplements for the first time, I would recommend these capsules as they do seem like good value for something of high quality that you can easily remember to take just once a day.

Ginseng & Ginkgo ExtractsGinseng is something that I've taken on and off over the past few years. Normally I'm bounding with energy, but when I feel a little down and tired I take Ginseng which does seem to put the bounce back into my step.There are 120 capsules supplied in a plastic bottle with a screw lid. The daily dose is to take a single capsule each day, so there is 4 months supply here. This daily dose will provide you with 2000 mg Panax Ginseng Leaf & Root with 12000 mg Ginkgo BilobaAs well as increased energy levels there are also many other claimed benefits, some of which are:1. Potent Antioxidant That May Reduce Inflammation.2. May Benefit Brain Function.3. Could Improve Erectile Dysfunction.4. May Boost the Immune System.5. May Have Potential Benefits Against Cancer.6. May Fight Tiredness and Increase Energy Levels.7. Could Lower Blood Sugar.I have no trouble swallowing these with a drink of water, I also cannot detect any nasty taste or odour.
