You're paying for quality! Don't cheap out on RAM!
I recently invested in the G.Skill Trident Z5 RGB Series (Intel XMP) 32GB DDR5 memory, and I must say, it's worth every penny. While it may cost a bit more than its competitors, the stability, performance, and sheer aesthetic appeal make it a standout choice. First and foremost, the stability of this memory module is exceptional. It performs flawlessly, even under demanding workloads and intense gaming sessions. I experienced no crashes or performance issues, allowing me to push my system to its limits with confidence. The reliability of G.Skill's Trident Z5 series is truly impressive. Speaking of performance, this memory module is a beast. With a clock speed of 6400MHz and low CL32-39-39-102 timings, it delivers lightning-fast data transfer rates and snappy response times. This translates into improved overall system performance and a seamless multitasking experience. Whether I'm editing videos, gaming, or running resource-intensive applications, this memory keeps up effortlessly. Now, let's talk about its appearance. The matte black finish of the G.Skill Trident Z5 module is sleek and sophisticated. It adds a touch of elegance to my system and enhances the overall aesthetics. The RGB lighting is customizable, allowing me to synchronize it with other components and create stunning lighting effects that truly elevate the visual appeal of my setup. While the G.Skill Trident Z5 RGB Series may have a slightly higher price tag, the stability, exceptional performance, and stunning design make it worth every dollar. Great kit
It's a great kit of ram, the prices now are ridiculous, I purchased this just over a year ago at 109.99, so if you can hold out, do so but if you have to get some now, I ha e had this in my pc and have had zero issues with it, the rgb looks great too.

G.SKILL Trident Z5 RGB Series DDR5 RAM (Intel XMP 3.0) 32GB (2x16GB) 6400MT/s
G.Skill RAM is very fast and well made too. This RAM helps me operate a State-of-the-Art computer system and helps me make high benchmarks. I bought these for another hi-tech motherboard, and they always run fine. A great buy for the money.

Good product
The memory runs well without any issues. G-skill has their own little app for controlling the LED's which I need because asrock polychrome sync is terrible for controlling RGB memory. Polychrome sync does not control the individual LED colors and resets every time you wake from sleep or restart unless polychrome sync is actively running with windows startup. The G-Skill app also needs to run with startup but it is a small background app that I never notice. Polychrome takes over the PC scanning the entire system for RGB components for over a minute every time it starts. It's like a virus taking over your computer every time you turn it on. So for this build G-skill memory it will be.

Sticks of pure gold in 2025
Super fast, works great, app for RGB is lightweight and very unintrusive, I just wanted to say I'm so sorry to everyone buying this in 2025/2026 🙏 never thought $110 for ram was such a good deal (2023). Go grab some Crucial or basic Kingston sticks if you have to cuz RGB ain't worth 300+ 😭 And, NO you don't need more than 32gb to run your favorite AAAs.

Put your RAM in the correct slots!
Awesome RAM set. RGB works with ASUS Aura Sync. No issues there. I did have issues during my initial build while installing Windows 11 Pro. I was continually getting BSODs left and right. I was worried I had a damaged component somewhere. I checked the seating of the RAM, the motherboard, video card, nVME SSD, all kinds of stuff. 3 hours later I forgot about that damn Intel XMP profile. It seems a little counter-intuitive, you HAVE to run Intel XMP profiles in BIOS otherwise your RAM will run at something crazy slower, like 70% less whatever your rated speed is. Alas, I discovered the issue was WHERE I had placed my RAM. Most mobos will have their RAM slots in this order: A1, A2, B1, B2. I had them in A1 and A2. Seems like it should be fine there, right? Nope. Re-seated the RAM in slots A2 and B2, turned the default Intel XMP profile on in BIOS, booted to Windows, and checked speed with CPUZ-ID. Boom, RAM was running at its rated speed, 6400MHz. Ran several stress tests. No more BSODs! Hooray! System was stable. It’s 2024 ffs, we should be able to put RAM in any slot and be able to run Intel XMP without it destabilizing the entire rig. But we aren’t there yet, unfortunately. We are a few short time periods away from having AI overlords, but with this stupid crap I’m sure Intel XMP will thwart their plans for world domination. Not G.Skill’s fault. Their RAM runs great, if you install it correctly per Intel’s specs. SK Hynix DRAM, for those that care. Same stuff as Corsair Vengeance chips, just a fancy heatsink makes Corsair’s more expensive I guess. Buy this RAM!

Took awhile to get dialed in, but works great now, and i mixed it with non rgb kit of same timing
Had some stability problems going from 32gb to 64gb with slots full, computer bootlooped for a few days and had intermitten problems...but I was running two 4k monitors at different hz rates and resolutions while recording and playing 4k games. So I mean, you know, that's kinda normal. After about 3 days (after updating motherboard bios as well, so could have been that) the ram stabilized and mixed with my other g skill kit of 6400 cl32. Gamer time.

Great kit but there are gaps around the heatsink where the RGB lighting will leak through. Also be aware at these speeds DDR5 is fussy, you need to make sure via the gskill model number it is on your motherboards approved list. 1 digit out and it may not work. You can also forget 64gb ram because at these speeds it will be very unstable because no motherboard out there has been designed to cope with it.
