i have texture issues with a lot of chewable vitamins but these are easy to eat. enjoy them.

They taste good and dissolve easily so there’s no residue left in your teeth. Whether they have any health benefits, I’m not sure. I can’t say I’ve noticed any major changes but I’m just getting to month two so maybe we’ll see.

I was super excited to try these but the Protection seal was not intact. Gummies are completely dried out and rock solid. Unable to return I’m supper bummed. Save your money and purchase another brand.*update: company reached out and offered to send new bottle. New gummies were edible this time. Not my most favorite vitamin gummy but still pretty good!

Color thickness quality were great. Energy levels were high therefore mood was good.

I’ve had multiple sugar free gummy vitamins and these by far are the worse I’ve ever tasted. If you ever smelled play dough then imagine that smell being a taste in your mouth. That’s how they taste and I’m not a fan of the texture either. I have a few gummy supplements as I feel they are easier on the stomach. I usually take them together and it’s like having a healthy little candy treat. Imagine getting a box of your favorite candy an even though you have that favorite flavor and the majority of the others are good it’s still just that one flavor that makes you question why it’s in the box……..this is that flavor. Outside of that I can’t say I felt any significant health difference and that could be because I transitioned from one woman’s vitamin into this one. I have about 5 days worth of these left and I will not be getting more.
