I got this to replace an old ivory plug in our bathroom. I found this with the bonus USB ports and thought, why not!? I am happy I got it, because it's beautiful and was easy to install and now we have extra spots to plug our phones and other things in to! My only complaint is that the outlet cover "snaps" on and it is difficult to get it right. I wish it fit better because we've tried several times to get it on tighter, but it doesn't want to stay on snug. It's fine and will work, but it has popped off once or twice and it's kind of annoying to deal with. I just wish it screwed in, to be honest.

Install is pretty straightforward with back wire clamp for wires. No issues with the cover plate attaching. Plugs work fine.

Well made easy to install and looks graet

Over all worked nicely, the only problem I had was one of them came without a cover. Not sure how to get this, the only option is refund the whole order and I don’t wanna do that since the other five works perfectly and I’d have to send them all back.

Easy fit into existing outlet box. Flip breakers to off and swap it out for a quick easy upgrade to existing wall sockets.

Llegaron en perfectas condiciones. Sin embargo, no fue útil para nosotros y tuvimos que regresarlo. No consideramos la caja que cada toma tiene en la parte posterior, por lo que no caben en los huecos comunes que habíamos hecho. Tendría que hacerse un hueco adicional para el cableado.

Happy overall. Wish there were more variety of options - 1 usb A & 1 usb C, 2A/1C, 1A/2C, etc. I believe there were with this brand or even other brands, but almost all of them had much more pronounced white shutters/parts in the prong holes and usb holes, and I wanted it to be as black as possible. Really limited my options. This specific product is easy to install (as easy as any other receptacle), feels sturdy, achieves the black look I was going for, and should work fine for a long time. Doesn't seem to have the cheap feel to the tamper resistant shutters like other ones do, where it's annoyingly hard to actually plug something in. The back wire method - where the stripped wire can be slid straight into the hole in the back, and then the screw on the side tightens a metal plate down on it (not the old back wire method that just uses the spring force of a thin metal strip) - is a very nice feature. Should be on every receptacle nowadays. Very solid feel to that connection, and no variables that are easy for DIYers to screw up like with the j-hook method (direction the wire is wrapped, insulation under screw, wire getting pushed out from under screw, more exposed metal in general, etc). Pleased with my purchase overall. Wasn't my first elegrp purchase and won't be my last.
