I will forever be angry that a friend turned me on to this syrup. It has ruined other maple syrups for me, forever and has led to a marked increase in our maple syrup budget. It sas a more interesting flavor than the stuff we get from Whole Foods and has become our house syrup.

I love this syrup. It's been a couple of years since I have bought my first bottle, and this new bottle does not disappoint, very consistent flavor. Will only buy this syrup from now on.

Wow. This is one of those products that is expensive, but totally worth the price. I gave it as a gift to someone "who already has everything" and they were thrilled. I was rewarded with a sample. It is truly in the 99% percentile compared to its peers. Deep, rich, smoky, thick. Our family only uses pure maple syrup, usually Kirkland brand, but this is way over the top. If you have the means to afford this sort of thing, you should just go for it. You will love it. I've never been surer about recommending a product before!

It’s so pure, has the perfect sweetness, and the right consistency. I’ve been using it in my bourbon old fashioned cocktails. Wait, so you thought this was just for flapjacks? Expand your maple syrup horizons! This bottle is my new bestie!

This syrup doesn’t merely coat your pancakes—it baptizes them. It transforms them. I am, admittedly, a bit of a maple syrup purist, perhaps even a fanatic. I’ve long sworn allegiance to maple syrup as my primary sweetener, not just for its health benefits, but because I believe that anything less is a betrayal of nature’s intent. But this syrup… this syrup makes me question whether I’ve ever truly known maple syrup at all. Whatever you think you know about maple syrup will be obliterated—**wiped clean as if by a cleansing rain—**the moment this ambrosial nectar touches your tongue. Après avoir testé la variante "Extra Rare" que j'adore, je suis revenu à la "Récolte Tardive" pour changer et varier les plaisir. Et c'est toujours un régal ! Après, ce sirop d'érable reste positionné haut de gamme compte tenu du prix.... J'ai apprécié : ✚ Les différents choix de force d'arôme disponibles (la Récolte Tardive est plus *forte* en goût et en intensité) ✚ Le goût et la texture du produit (et c'est le plus important n'est ce pas) ✚ Le système de scellage du flacon parfaitement hermétique, à découper pour accéder au bouchon vissé. Il est désormais orné d'un caribou, animal emblématique du Québec, ce qui n'était pas le cas la première fois que j'ai acheté ce produit. J'ai moins apprécié (ce qui enlève 1 étoile) : ⛔️ Le prix (vraiment pas donné...) ⛔️ L'absence d'un doseur (on a tendance à faire dégouliner du sirop en relevant le flacon quand on le verse directement sur les crêpes par exemple) J'espère que mon commentaire vous sera utile. The price was excellent and I received it in very good time. The flavour was so buttery and the colour was so dark amber. This Maple syrup will now always be my ‘go-to.’
