I ordered a router and received it and I got this warranty for it for AED 23! The router turned out to be defected after months and we returned the router to the seller and he approved the return and refunded the amount paid (AED 383) except that Salama Care wont return the amount of the money paid for the warranty and they refused the return request even-though we did not use that warranty in anything and the item itself is defected and returned! So its useless warranty do not buy it!!

Item not working properly

Despite returning the product that was covered by the Salama warranty, we have not yet received a refund for the cost of the warranty itself. The responsiveness to settle the outstanding Salama amount has been very disappointing!!

What I like about Amazon is you can check the status of your warrant purchase order from the seller, who will also answer your questions immediately. Honestly, I like that feature.
