Not a Yoga Chair
The product calls for "extended seat" Not true. I regret buying this chair, made of cheap material. This chair is just like the ones you buy at Home Depot for ten dollars, the only difference is that you have to remove the back part. If you are a real Iyengar practitioner this chair will not serve the purpose. My apologies for the bad comment but it is what it is.

This IS A Nice Chair
I worried about ordering this chair because there were only two reviews for it - one was good and one was bad. I went ahead and ordered because I really liked and wanted the extended base . I got the chair and I was not disappointed. I found it to be a sturdy, heavy duty (but not too heavy - so it is easy to carry around) chair and exactly what I needed. I like the extended base and I am enjoying using it.

Works best on yoga mat if doing modified plank or down ...
Got this for use with Peggy Cappy yoga tapes for seated poses and support for balance. Works best on yoga mat if doing modified plank or down dog. Not 5 because it is cold and hard. I use a cushion for seated poses. Folds away and stores easily.

Chair is unsafe! Collapsed during modified yoga pose!
Yoga chair very poorly made, cheap metal. Rivet popped out of folding hinge rendering it unusable within a month of receiving it. Do not buy this chair for modified yoga poses it will not support you.

Do NOT waste your money on this chair...
Cheap silver paint that comes off on your clothes. Not powder coated and/or clear coated. I wouldn't keep this chair if it cost $10.00. You can do better for a LOT less!

It broke!
This chair is unsafe! The cross bar broke off. I am just glad I didn't hurt myself.
