BROTHERQL-700 - Label Printer - Monochrome - Direct Thermal - Up to 93 labels per minut

Been using it for two days, and so far it's been a great, straight forward printer, very easy to use. However, despite buying it here on the UK site and reading the description, I got sent the European version of the printer meaning that I had to go buy a plug adapter, not a huge inconvenience or expensive but nether the less, something that shouldn't of happened and seemed incredibly difficult to get in contact with the seller once the item was marked as delivered.

We have 3 of these machines in the office so when I ordered another I did not expect to have to buy a plug to use it, when I did buy a european adaptor it would not work despite downloading the drivers, the fact that its non uk causes issues and I sent it back for a refund via amazon and ordered elsewhere which is perfect, plug and play the others but now this one

Love the printer and it's a great price but it came with European plug,so taken a few stars off - I just cut it off and put a normal plug on no no big deal

From reading reviews, this came with a euro plug - don't matter to us, as this was a replacement for an old one (where the blade had given up the ghost - so the plug was already there. Works perfectly.

Came with a EU plug, not a UK one - no mention of this in the decription, but it is mentioned in the reviews - which I didn't read first!!
