I can’t tell
I can’t tell a difference when I’m using this but I’m not sure exactly what I’m looking for or how quickly I should see a difference. It is expensive so for that reason I haven’t purchased it again. It’s great when mixed with some TG info like prime powder but alone i am not a fan. It hardly has a flavor but I’m just so sensitive to flavors. It’s easy to mix and drink and the quality seems great to me. Don’t notice any weird textures when mixed.

Here's The Scoop
I saw a noticeable change in my muscle mass when I started using creatine. I think this helped my size considerably and my performance with lifting. In lifts I didn't feel as fatigued even at higher weight and I could recover more efficiently in between exercises. I usually don't mix this , I just take it to the head and chase it with water or juice.
