BEWARE BEFORE ORDERING!!!!
BEWARE!!! I ordered these for use on the plane and they came in a timely manner. However...the sizing was WAY off. I ordered the Large (8 1/2 to 9 1/2) and they were SUPER SMALL. The photo shows them next to a pair of Size 9 Tevas (women's) and you can see how ridiculously small they are. Unbelievable! At least the return was super easy and I have already been credited. Like I said...BEWARE!!!

The shoe of my dreams ... almost!!
I've been wearing the regular (non-soled) Nufoots for a couple of years now, as my "go to" comfort shoe when my bunions, bone spurs, etc. make it impossible for me to wear "real" shoes. And I'd been fantasizing about my Dream Shoe. It would have the soft, flexible uppers of Nufoot, with a nice, sturdy sole like my Merrell's.So when I stumbled across these Futsoles, I was cautiously optimistic. They SOUNDED like my Dream Shoe. But I was hesitant, because there are some negative reviews here, primarily from people thinking the sizes run too small.Well, let me reassure you: these are VERY similar to the other Nufoots, so if you've been wearing Medium or Large in those, you're fine ordering Medium or Large in these. My Large Futsoles fit just fine - in fact, I'm wearing them right now.The sole is great! I actually wear out my Nufoots walking on a dirt path near my home, and just yesterday I was wondering if this sole would be sturdy enough to keep some of the gravel from scratching my foot. It really feels like it's going to do just that!My ONLY complaint - and this is a teensy tiny little one, which may dissipate after I've worn them for a while - is that they're just a smidge too low in the heel. I can understand why some people have complained that the heels slip off. However, once I took off my socks and just put them on barefooted, they felt fine, and it feels like the heel is hugging my foot closely enough that it won't slip off.I'll be taking them out for a test walk later today, but just wanted to post this to say - if you've been considering these, but aren't sure they'll be as comfy as your regular Nufoots - they are! Go ahead, buy 'em! Worst case scenario, they won't be 100% perfect but they'll be great to wear around the house. And I'll update my review later to let you know how they felt out on the path.

Yesssss! Finally!
I've been desperately seeking a pair of barefoot/minimalist shoes for ages. Sure, there are plenty of options out there, but I have a really hard time justifying paying $75+ dollars for ANY type of shoe, minimalist or not.I kept adding the more expensive ones to my cart, then removing them, then adding them again... (you get the idea). These were the "big names" in barefoot/minimalist shoes. The ones who charge over $100 for a pair of paper-thin running huaraches.Aside from the price, which is obviously a big obstacle, there were also limited styles. I live in Pennsylvania, so I can't wear sandals all year. I'm not sure I'll be traipsing around in snow in these ones, either, but I love shoes that can be worn through multiple seasons, weather permitting. They also go with anything: jeans, skirts, dresses, just like a classic mary jane.So the big question is fit and comfort. I hover somewhere in between 7.5 and 8 (US), medium width. I ordered the size 7-8 and it fits perfectly. I see some flexibility in the fit. My feet could be a tad bit bigger and these would still be comfortable. Likewise, if my feet were a tad bit smaller (closer to a 7), the elasticity would keep it comfortably snug and the sole wouldn't be sticking out or flopping around. The soles are extremely flexible, nearly as flexible as a ballet slipper. They're durable, and don't appear like they would puncture very easily. They're definitely no-frills, but are still super cute. I'm so happy I decided to take a chance on these!

Poor fit
Very disappointed. I LOVE my soft bottom pair, and wear them nearly every day. I waited weeks for these to arrive, only to have them slip off the back of my heel with every step. I wear an 8 to 8.5 shoe, so I ordered the Large. Clearly they are not sized correctly. Now I guess I have to go through the annoying returning, reordering, and waiting again. Yep....not happy.

OUCH!!!
I really wanted to love these. I bought the medium even though I ware 6.5 m in most shoes. I don't believe the small would fit. They seemed like they would perfect to take to the hospital for delivery. I put one on my foot and they actually have a seam allowance joining the soul to the rest of the shoe inside the shoe. Just putting on my foot and setting my foot down on the ground hurt my toes. It felt like it was going to cut my toes if I attempted to walk in them. I'm not sure if the pair I got was just defective or if this is a horrible design flaw. Either way I can't recommend these to anyone.

Fastest return I've ever done.
I was about to run down to the basement but saw that my new slipper/shoes had arrived. I put them on, walked through my living room, down the stairs into the basement, changed the laundry over, then went straight back to the dining room table where I had left the opened box, took the slipper/shoes off and stuffed them right back in the box. In that short trip up and down the stairs, I had to fix the slippers at least five times. They fit me perfectly, were definitely the correct size, but they kept falling off my feet. They are cheaply made and for some reason just don't stay on my feet. In all fairness, my sister also bought a pair and doesn't have this problem. All I can figure is that our feet are very different. Her feet are pretty flat on the bottom and she doesn't have a high instep. I have a very high arch and instep so maybe that's why I have a problem with these. Unfortunately they are still not made very well. But then, what do you expect for $17?

Okiedokie.
The neoprene attracts dog fur and isn't as breathable as I'd like. That said, I don't know what fabric would work better as it is nice and stretchy. Was good with a sprained ankle when I needed to fit something over the ankle wrap. They'll be good for stepping outside to check the mail but wouldn't work for really wearing outside much. Though I don't think that's what they're designed for. They're basically fancy slippers that don't look too much like slippers.

Thin socks
Bought these for my mother. They are pretty thin and can easily pop off you feet. Wouldn’t order again.

Super comfy shoe
These shoes are really cute. I love minimalist shoes so I did take the insole out. I have taken many long walks in them and they are holding up nicely.
