You only get one bottle, time picture is a little deceiving. But nonetheless you get plenty and they are well presented.

Though these are on the expensive side, especially for just a month's supply, they seem to be just as effective as my regular type.The information is confusing, as it suggests they contain 20 billion CFU per capsule, but they actually have half of that, with 2 capsules being a full dose, so they might be better value if you only need 10 billion, depending on your health. 20 billion seems to be just right for me.

I am using this on an 80 litre aquarium and am pleased with the way it performs. Its almost silent in use apart from the sound of the water coming out of the outlet tube back into the aquarium.It was fiddly to install and not easy to maintain the sponges inside as there isn't a shut off valve on the outflow on the canister so unless you put the whole canister filter in a bucket before you take the lid off you're likely to get water on the floor. Thats the only fault I can find with it. There might be a way I can fit a shut off valve to that tube in the future but it has Good filtration and overall I'm very pleased with it for the price.

These advanced live bio cultures from Natures Zest appear to be very good quality and not only contain 20 billion cfu from several strains of bacteria but also include the important pre-biotic ingredients to support them.I have been a long-term sufferer of diverticulosis and IBS. Having good gut flora is a help in alleviating some of the symptoms and I have found these live bio cultures to effective. Since I have been taking them I have been completely free from my usual symptoms. My bowel habits have been regular, easy and comfortable and I have been feeling light, bright and more energetic than I have for a long time. I have also suffered from mild facial rosacea and I have noticed an apparent improvement in my skin, which appears clearer and much less red.At nearly £19 for 60 capsules, the recommended serving of two capsules a day make these a little expensive for us as it would mean laying out £37.90 each month for two of us. This is nearly twice the price of our usual product, which actually contains more cultures (30 billion) So, though I’m sure these are excellent quality I don’t think we’ll be likely to be ordering more when these run out.

Good product with a mix of pre and pro biotics. Easy to swallow. There are less expensive products out there though.

I've been taking prebiotic for a couple of months now and have really noticed a positive in my gut health. These tablet are quite big but smaller than regular size cod liver oil capsules. They are easy to swallow and no after taste.This contains 60 tablets and you're meant to take 2 a day but myself and husband take 1 each and seem to be reaping the benefits none the less.

If you’re looking at this product I’m sure you already know the benefits of probiotics. This product contains 2 fairly common strains. The recommended dose of this is 2 tablets a day so the bottle will only last you a month. Currently retailing at £18.95 there are cheaper options, some of which also contain more live cultures. Personally therefore I wouldn’t choose this product however if you are specifically looking for these strains it’s a reasonable choice.
