I love the taste of this smoke compared to any other liquid smoke I have ever used. It takes very little to impart a smoky flavor to steaks and sauces. I love mixing it into a sweet chili sauce to have with steak or chicken, etc. Seems to last forever.

I add some of this liquid smoke when making a brine to soak and/or marinate meat before cooking on a Traeger wood fired grill. It adds a nice mellow smoke flavor.
