Pulido exterior y borde interior unos 3cms.. el interior no está pulido, pero no tiene mucha importancia ya que es cara no vista. Pesa bastante, es de marmol...pero no me importa. Lo volvería a comprar...de hecho he comprado dos juegos de saleros también. Estoy harto de materiales innobles como el plástico, resina, silicona y demás en la cocina.
