AWESOME PURIFIER
I love this unit so much better than my old one. My unit came with a Hepa and a stick on washable filter plus a charcoal filter that is replaceable at a reasonable price. Seller very responsive !!! Company is great at responses so do not understand why some say they are not. Would definitely buy from them again. They are family run and veterans. If you want clean air and quick rid of odors this nice looking purifier does all that and more!!

Difficult to get an answer about activated charcoal pre filter availability
I have inquired from 2 sources on how to get replacement activated charcoal pre filters for this product but no one has an answer. Once again, buy an air filter, can't get follow up filters
