Excellent
It is super tasty. One important thing is that not only consider it as Dumaaloo masala. Actually it fits well with boiled potatoes sabji. Just add jeera and heeng after heating oil and add boiled and cut potatoes, and after frying, add salt, hariram masala and chopped coriander. This has been a very well known preparation of Allahabad. This kind of potatoes can be used as stuffing of samosa, appe, pakode and sandwiches. We can also make gravy sabji with it. I use this masala in cabbage also.
