Decided to try this since the brands I usually have are imported and too expensive.But I got a suspected rotten unit. Got diarrhea on two occasions I tried. Had also informed CF customer care of the concern. They got back telling my batch seems perfectly fine after their inspection, showing no intent to resolve my concern any further.Thing to check is if your inner satchet is sealed and doesn’t have powder on it which. Mine did, which seemed odd to me as a first time consumer of this brand. But right when I opened it I could tell it had gone bad since the packet smelled horrible (far worse than your typical spirulina smell that I’m very used to at this point). It was clearly a case of oxidation and possibly spoilage.

I noticed visible muscle recovery and better energy within a week.not only doses it fuel my workouts but it's also easy on the stomach. Great protein profile with minimal sugar.

The only challenging thing to consume this is it's smell. There is no taste to it.Generally I mix it with Hot water in morning to start my day.Tip: While drinking don't breathe / smell and if you do, you might throw up like me.I tried my best to finish the packet as I have spent some money but in the end I quit after 5 days as I cannot tolerate the smell and the feeling to consume something which I don't like. ( Not that much determined I guess haha)Instead of getting nausea feeling everyday in the morning by trying to consume this, I might look in to other food option for protein intake.
