I love these tiny packets cuz I can bring them around with me instead of carrying a whole pill bottle or pill case, and they are sealed, so I can put them in my first aid kit in case anybody else needs them. I also like the packets better than the ones I have got in the past for ibuprofen, because it's paper so it's more sustainable. As for the acetaminophen itself, it's the same as any acetaminophen or Tylenol, which I would rate very highly.

Amazon Basic Care Extra Strength Acetaminophen is a no-frills pain reliever that gets the job done. I bought it for a kid to self-carry at school, and the individual packets make that easy. 2 tabs, 500 mg each. The packets are paper, though, so don’t let them get wet or crushed. Tylenol’s packaging holds up better. The price is higher than buying a bottle, so it’s not a money saver, but if you need a dose you can carry, it’s perfect, and I will buy again.

This isn't the most economical way to purchase acetaminophen but it meets our families needs. We have a bottle for home use but we love these packets for the car, purse, and backpack. (They are nice for guests and visitors as well) They stay clean and there's no need to transfer into another case and wonder which pill is which. We even used these when a few family members were contagious, we didn't want them touching the big bottle so they were given a few packets a day and they didn't need to touch the family bottle. We will still continue to buy a bottle as we know the little packets are for special use but it works great for us. As far as effectiveness, they work same as the name brand.
